Planned merger of "Freedom Finance" and "Asyl-Invest"

Among the shareholders of JSC "Freedom Finance" and JSC "Asyl-Invest" reached an agreement on a merger. The parties have not disclosed details of the deal.
Investment company " Freedom Finance" provides brokerage services, corporate finance, asset management. Since 2006, he is a professional member of KASE. 100% owned by the Investment Company " Freedom Finance".
Company " Asyl-Invest" also provides brokerage services. According to the JSC "ERTSB" on May 1, 2017 the shareholders of " Asyl-Invest", owning more than 10 percent of the total number of outstanding shares ( net of shares repurchased by the Company) are as follows:
1. LLP " FINPARI" - 32.8%;
2. LLP " Law Firm " SRAILOV & PARTNERS »- 32.8%;
3. Agdavletov Timur Serikovich - 16.16%;
4. Andryuschenko Dmitriy Vladimirovich - 11.4%
