Fox's Synopsis for new investors (updated May 11, 2017)

I like to take a look at the big picture here starting with The Time Machine, Medifirst Solutions's portable handheld laser device, and then I will look at their newest plans to produce a second device, the green laser, just for the aesthetic market.

This is a broad look at what the company is looking to achieve to position themselves in a booming global market, a look at The Time Machine laser itself, and a look the specific global portable laser market and the global medical tourism market including the high demand for laser treatments, both medically and also now aesthetically for the new product they plan on producing.

This is just an overview, to familiarize you with what the company is setting out to achieve, and why.

For explanation purposes, the Time Machine utilizes a red laser device and the new device they will be producing utilizes a green laser.

While I am no expert on any of these devices, here is a rather long article you can read if you want about the use of these kinds of lasers from the National Institutes of Health.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4126803/

Most recently, on May 1, 2017, Medifirst announced it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire the exclusive licensing rights from Laser Lab Corp, a Florida Company, for its Green Laser used for anti-aging and aesthetics. The 3 most recent PR's are at the bottom of this synopsis in full so stay with me.

1. Let's first talk about their existing Time Machine Lasers and the marketing of them in the Middle East and Europe. I will address the newest green laser for aesthetics a little further down.

ABOUT THE TIME MACHINE LASERS

"The Time Machine Program was created to strip away years of aging. This program was designed to restore and re-surface the tissue of the skin. Treatments include sun and age spots, wrinkles, acne, hyperpigmentation, scars, skin tightening, and stretch marks. The laser program also provides temporary relief of minor muscle and joint pain and muscle spasms. The treatments are non-invasive with no redness or swelling and no downtime for the patients. Each patient gets a customized treatment program designed to meet their specific goals and expectations. Offering complete rejuvenation and natural looking results, this customizable process helps patients appear like they have traveled back in time, emerging how they looked years earlier and after only a few sessions."

READ ALL ABOUT THE TIME MACHINE HERE. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO READ. CHECK OUT THIS INCREDIBLE 14 PAGE PDF DOCUMENT THAT TELLS YOU EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO KNOW:

SYNOPSIS OF THE TIME MACHINE FROM THE WEBSITE:

"The Time Machine, a revolutionary laser technology in a hand-held, mobile, battery operated and user-friendly medical device, for fast, non-invasive and effective treatments of pain, wounds, sports injuries, inflammation and scars. It is the finest portable soft laser device available that can exceed the results and healing power equal to that of a full-sized, stationary, very costly laser machines used only in hospitals and prestigious care facilities.

The power and full coherence of 810/830nm 2000mW Infrared Laser enables the effective penetration of the laser beam deep into the tissues, levels which were only available in expensive, full-sized machines until now.

MEDIFIRST The Time Machine new website here:

https://www.timemachinelaser.com/

You may be wondering what makes the The Time Machine so unique. Well, first it is simply that this laser is much smaller and more compact than your average large stationary laser machine. It is a handheld device, and fits into its own suitcase. This makes The Time Machine portable from office to office, or easily transported when traveling.

Also, The Time Machine will retail for around 10,000 dollars, and most stationary large laser devices cost upwards of three times that price. In addition, this device will pay for itself very rapidly. The average cost of any type of laser therapy is 1000 dollars PER SESSION, thus, within a dozen sessions or so, the Time Machine will pay for itself. Since it pays for itself very quickly, The Time Machine will be a great revenue generator for physicians, and they won't be stuck with a large stationary device that they cannot move from office to office.

So let's take a look at the portable medical device market and also the medical aesthetic device market which includes lasers and you will see that this is a HOT device. Here are a few articles to read about the portable medical device booming market and also the laser treatment device market growth. Here are some articles that show this is the way of the future.

Medifirst has started their global marketing in the Middle East. Medifirst CEO recently went to the Middle East to demonstrate The Time Machine to 200 physicians--100 in Morocco and 100 in Dubai.

You may be wondering, WHY DUBAI and the Middle East? Well, our forward-looking brilliant CEO Bruce Shoengood knows that Duabai is THE "medical tourism" hub of the world, and THE cosmetic surgery capital of the world. This is good news for both the existing Time Machine laser as well as the new green laser for aesthetics they are going to produce because in addition to the Middle East being the medical tourism hub of the world, it is also a huge destination for wellness spas, which is a huge market in both the Middle East and Europe, as well as the world in general.

Just look at these quotes from THIS article:

https://www.globalwellnessinstitute.org/press-room/statistics-and-facts/

"The global wellness industry is a $3.7 trillion market." (in 2015)

"The global wellness industry grew 10.6% from 2013-2015: from a $3.36 trillion to $3.72 trillion market."

"Global wellness tourism revenues grew from $494.1 billion in 2013 to $563.2 billion in 2015 – or 14%. A growth rate more than twice as fast as overall tourism expenditures (6.9%)."

"World travelers made 691 million wellness trips in 2015, 104.4 million more than in 2013."

"The global spa market grew from $94 billion in 2013 to $98.6 billion in 2015."

"World spa locations jumped from 105,591 in 2013 to 121,595 in 2015. Since 2013, the spa industry added 16,000 spas, more than 230,000 workers (to reach 2.1 million), and $3.5 billion in revenue."

"The global workplace wellness industry grew 6.4% from 2013-2015, from $40.7 billion to $43.3 billion."

"The global wellness real estate market was one of the fastest-growing wellness sectors from 2013-2015: growing 19% from $100 billion to $118.6 billion."

ARTICLE ABOUT DUBAI AND THE MEDICAL TOURISM INDUSTRY WHICH WILL ILLUMINATE WHY THE TIME MACHINE HAS HUGE GLOBAL SALES POTENTIAL. DUBAI IS THE COSMETIC SURGERY CAPITAL OF THE WORLD SO OUR CEO IS GOING RIGHT FOR THE JUGULAR IN THE MIDDLE EAST. The Dubai Health Authority is looking to attract half a million medical tourists by the year 2020. THE MIDDLE EAST IS ONLY THE BEGINNING IN MY OPINION.

Dubai's Plastic Surgery Boom Continues:

In addition, the United Arab Emirates is the fastest growing medical tourism hub in the world:

2. THE FUTURE GREEN LASER DEVICE FOR AESTHETICS

Now, let's take a look at why Medifirst might be kicking into gear to get this green laser device approved and on the market.

First of all, they already know they have a hot market in the Middle East and Europe for the Time Machine, and, their plan all along was to create a second device for aesthetics. I believe the sales of The Time Machine will also help generate revenues in the Middle East and Europe for the green laser aesthetic market.

Why? Because health, non-invasive medical treatments, wellness spas, and wellness centers are big business and huge in both the Middle East and Europe.

Here are TWO VERY RECENT articles I just posted recently about these wellness spas and trends.

https://www.travelindustrywire.com/article94190.html

Here is another article about the medical aesthetic device market in the Middle East:

https://www.medgadget.com/2017/04/middle-east-and-north-africa-mena-medical-aesthetic-devices-market-increasing-aesthetic-consciousness-among-consumers-to-boost-growth-says-tmr.html

What these two articles say to me is that Bruce is on the right track, both with the Time Machine laser for medical purposes, and the new green laser device they will be offering in the wellness and spa markets.

Second, both markets are huge in my opinion, and I see that if they are going to be generating sales for The Time Machine, then they will also generate sales in the aesthetics market because they are already setting up distributorships. With these distributors already getting set-up, it will be easy to ADD the green aesthetic laser device into the mix.

It will be easy to sell the green laser aesthetic device, because they've got the market, number one, and they've got the demand for non-invasive aesthetic skin enhancements as a market as well.

Just think here a minute. They're already setting up the relationships for sales in the Middle East for The Time Machine,
so the new laser device for aesthetics, once it's FDA cleared and produced, will not take as long to get distributors on board because they already have distributors on board and also they're tackling the complex international business dealings as we speak,
so those will only get easier for them as time goes on.

In other words, they will have already had the experience in these markets in terms of how to set-up the distributorships, the distributorships already being set-up, the translation issues, and many, many other issues involved like shipping, international customs, etc.

Maybe people forget, but doing business internationally is so much more complex and takes longer than domestic. That's just common sense and a fact. But with all that they are working on in the Middle East already, their next device will get into the revenue stream that much faster.

So, two devices are better than one, and while each is a slightly different market, there IS a market for each and one can be distributed just as easily as the other, because both the non-invasive medical treatment industry is booming and the aesthetic laser therapy industry is also booming.

In addition, if we get that LOI signed by the distributor to sell 100 units every month for 24 months, couldn't we expect similar distribution deals for the green aesthetic laser? I think so, even though we don't know yet what the price of the aesthetic device will be.

Here are MFST's most recent press releases:

http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/medifirst-solutions-to-acquire-rights-for-green-aesthetics-laser-2213191.htm

Medifirst Solutions to Acquire Rights for Green Aesthetics Laser
FREEHOLD, NJ--(Marketwired - May 1, 2017) -

MEDIFIRST SOLUTIONS, INC. (OTC PINK: MFST) (the "Company" or "Medifirst") would like to update shareholders regarding recent company developments. Medifirst Solutions is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire the exclusive licensing rights from Laser Lab Corp, a Florida Company, for its Green Laser used for anti-aging and aesthetics.

Medifirst currently has the exclusive rights for sales and marketing for the anti-pain Infrared Red Laser, having successfully filed for FDA clearance. Subsequent to the completion of a definitive agreement, Medifirst plans to file for FDA clearance for the Green Laser before year's end.

The program for the Green Laser was designed to gently restore and lightly resurface the tissue of the skin. During the IRB studies, the Green Laser was successfully used on skin spots, wrinkles, acne, hyper-pigmentation, scars, skin detoxification, stretch marks and cellulite.

Medifirst believes that non-invasive and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures are showing tremendous growth in the healthcare sector. Additionally, Medifirst also believes that many doctors are creating extra revenue streams using these procedures. Doctors are motivated towards treatments that do not require or even accept insurance reimbursements.

According to industry sources, the global market for aesthetic medical laser systems is forecast to reach US $8 to $10 billion by 2020, driven by the aging population's shift towards minimally invasive procedures, and growing awareness over the safety of laser-based procedures. Commented President Bruce J. Schoengood, "Aesthetic lasers are the Holy Grail of the laser industry considering the strength of the anti-aging and minimally invasive cosmetic industry.

The Green Laser will provide a very effective alternative to big expensive laser machines and provides a mobile, easy-to-use and affordable solution for healthcare professionals seeking to enter the laser market."

Medifirst has engaged its FDA consulting firm to assist the Company to register its Infrared Time Machine Laser in Morocco and other foreign countries. Many countries have a lengthy process to register medical devices for distribution and the Company is actively working on the filings and various requests for information as a prerequisite for sales. Continued Schoengood, "We are very anxious to complete our first round of sales and we continue to work diligently to complete the due diligence process."

Regarding domestic sales, Medifirst has engaged a team of experienced sales representatives for the US market which would include direct sales to medical professionals and engagements with medical distributors. Additionally, the company is very pleased that it's laser is being used by top celebrity plastic surgeons in both New York and Beverly Hills. Medifirst anticipates to have further updates about these developments in the upcoming days and weeks.

Medifirst Solutions Provides Update on International Sales

Mrketwired April 10, 2017

FREEHOLD, NJ--(Marketwired - Apr 10, 2017) - MEDIFIRST SOLUTIONS, INC. ( OTCQB : MFST ) (the "Company" or "Medifirst") would like to update shareholders regarding international sales for its FDA cleared Infrared Time Machine TTML-8102000 Laser Thermal Therapeutic Device.

As previously announced, the Company presented its Time Machine Laser at a conference in Morocco and at the Arab Health Conference in Dubai. As a follow up to the various opportunities presented at these conferences, Medifirst is conducting ongoing meetings in Paris to complete and secure a definitive sales agreement. Medifirst is pleased to announce that it entered into a letter of intent with a Morocco based company, with offices in Paris, setting forth an understanding of basic terms by which the Moroccan distributor would agree to purchase a minimum of 100 units per month. The 24 month agreement would include provisions to sell the Company's lasers in over 20 countries in Africa and the Mid-East.

Selling and distributing a medical device to foreign countries involves many logistical concerns, including various medical device registration requirements and various import and sales procedures that are specific to each country before sales can commence. Commented President Bruce J. Schoengood, "The process of completing sales in the international arena involves many steps well beyond the negotiation of basic terms. We are very pleased with the size and scope of the potential sales in these countries and we continue to work diligently to complete all the steps necessary." Although all parties are working diligently to complete and address all the approvals and filings required to initiate sales, at this time, we have not entered into a definitive agreement as the prerequisite logistical approvals have yet to be procured.

The Company is also engaged in ongoing negotiations with other international medical distributors, and on the US front Medifirst has initiated its sales roll-out. Medifirst anticipates having further updates in the upcoming days and weeks regarding both international and US sales. The company has also launched a new website dedicated to The Time Machine Laser. Please visit www.timemachinelaser.com for more information.

Medifirst Solutions Updates Shareholders
FREEHOLD, NJ--(Marketwired - Feb 24, 2017) - MEDIFIRST SOLUTIONS, INC. (OTCQB: MFST) (the "Company" or "Medifirst") would like to update shareholders in order to follow up on its Time Machine Conference in Morocco, as well as to provide recent Company developments regarding its FDA cleared Infrared Time Machine TTML-8102000 Laser Thermal Therapeutic Device.

Medifirst is pleased to announce that it satisfied all the vendor registration requirements and has received a Client Approved status for the Mayo Clinic. Commented President Bruce J. Schoengood, "We are very pleased with being accepted as a vendor for such a prestigious and leading medical organization." Mayo Clinic is a nonprofit medical practice and medical research group based in Rochester, Minnesota. It employs more than 4,500 physicians and scientists and 57,100 allied health staff. The practice specializes in treating difficult cases through tertiary care. It spends over $660 million a year on research.

The Company anticipates announcing, in the upcoming days, the appointment of a New York City Medical Director for the Time Machine Laser. This doctor and his practice, located on Central Park South, will serve as a training facility and a conduit to the Tri-State medical community to introduce and offer further services regarding the laser technology.

Additionally, the Company will be hosting a private event to introduce its lasers to New York City-based physicians and healthcare professionals. Medifirst anticipates further details to be announced in the upcoming days and weeks.

Medifirst recently returned from Morocco, Dubai and France where the Company presented its technology to distributors and medical professionals from several countries. Commented President Bruce J. Schoengood, "The response has been overwhelming and we are working diligently to complete our negotiations and additional demonstrations, which involve ongoing meetings in the Mid-East, Africa and Europe.

Medifirst would like to thank all the medical professionals we met in Morocco, Dubai and France." A number of healthcare companies in different countries have requested to be distributors for the Company's laser technology. Upon completion of a successful negotiation, Medifirst hopes to enter into an exclusive distribution agreement for a Morocco-based medical and healthcare distributor in the upcoming days.

Additionally, Medifirst is in final negotiations, which if successful, involve bulk sales, with a London-based entrepreneur for representation in 11 countries to distribute the Time Machine Laser and ongoing negotiating continues with a Saudi-based medical distributor.

Medifirst will update shareholders as soon as all negotiations and agreements are completed as to the final results in terms of sales and distribution. Medifirst continues presenting and working with individual practitioners for individual sales overseas and in the US, which efforts are focused on generating short-term revenues and establishing Time Machine ambassadors for longer-term growth. Continued Schoengood, "We know everyone is anxious for sales and great success and we are working as expeditiously as possible to complete all the current deals and continue to expand our sales force and infrastructure for both US and international sales."

Medifirst anticipates a shift in its current strategy to increase its product portfolio through upcoming acquisitions.

Exclusive licensing deals are very valuable but owning specific intellectual property which include trademarks, patents and all related IP, would provide more security as well as increased value to the Company. The company anticipates a rollout of additional products in 2017

PRESS RELEASE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SALES

http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/medifirst-solutions-announces-update-on-international-sales-otcqb-mfst-2177466.htm

We will be looking forward to news on different fronts soon including signing of the distribution deals in the Middle East, the appointment of a New York City Medical Director for The Time Machine laser; news about bulk sales with a London-based entrepreneur for representation in 11 countries to distribute the Time Machine Laser; and news about finalizing an exclusive distribution agreement for a Morocco-based medical and healthcare distributor.

We will also be looking for celebrity endorsements I believe, as that was also hinted to in the recent PR. Also, of course will be updates about the progress of the new aesthetic laser device, which I believe will have at least as many revenues if not more than The Time Machine. So we are potentially looking at double the revenues in less than a year because we will have two devices.

This is not all of the DD just an overview and look at the big picture. Please make your own investment/trading decisions. Good luck and thanks for reading.
