If you look at their growth I would say that they have great potential which they would require the buyer to take into account in any purchase. I would thus use 3% of their peak AUM rounded off to 1.2 Billion = 3% x 1.2 = 36 mil, then 60% x 36 mil = 21.6 million. You can use 1%, 2% or 3% AUM but I would use 3% based on AdvisorShares growth of the company.

1.2 Billion is AdvisorShares current AUM. At AdvisorShares peak it was close to 2 Billion AUM.
