No, we are waiting to see if AdvisorShares can come up with the 2.5 million that was part of the settlement. This money will be part of the distribution to shareholders along with other avenues to recover money that Thomas's lawyer is working on recovering like the URL. We've sued to get the URL back or the value of the URL. If AdvisorShares doesn't come up with the money then we can go back to court and get a judgement that would revert back to us owning 60% of AdvisorShares. We would then look for a buyer. This is just a little bit of speculation but it's realistic based on our options to recover the most amount of money for shareholders.

We are also waiting to see if we can get a judgement in our favor to unseal the settlement which would have the details of the settlement.
