Investors who refer to any previous incarnations of BZTG companies and their existence are not aware they are null and void now.

Also that no fraud or scam issue was ever proven by any investor about these previous companies. Apparently these investors were unaware of the meaning of the OTC private marketplace policies, forward looking statements, or investor beware warnings.

HEFFX is in process. Shayne Heffernan or BZTG has never been sued for fraud or investigated by the SEC for violating any OTC regulation or policy.
