No they could not. You could have your shares up for another 8 years and they would never sell. You are stuck with your shares. No other option. The only remote chance you have of selling would be to sell at "market" and eventually an mm MAY give you $1 on a million, just like all of the trades from yesterday. That would be a 99% loss off of what 1 million shares cost prior to the ending of MGLG in 2009. Your MGLG shares have no value

My shares could all be sold by now if they had remained on the ask.
