CNAT had enough funds through 2019, then Advent shows up and says "we want our money NOW", so CNAT may not have enough funds through 2019. I think it would have been a little more confidence inspiring if they would have sold just enough stock to pay off Advent, but maybe they figured "as long as we have to do this, we might as well grab a little more money, just in case" or because they have decided to start ramping their pipeline a little quicker.
I still think it's a bitch move because people knew well ahead of time and obviously made a lot of money on the backs of people who only have access to public information.
