SIAF owns 36.6%
The partners own 31% + 32%.

The 32% is reserved for pre-IPO (and perhaps some for IPO, depending on how much money they need). These are the shares being sold to pre-IPO investors.



So is the following correct:

Total Number of Triway Shares = 99,900,000 (I think)

SIAF owns: 36,563,400 shares (99,900,000 x .366)
Partners own: 31,968,000 shares (99,900,000 x .32)
Reserve for pre-IPO: 31,968,000 shares (99,900,000 x .32)

So in order to raise $100,000,000 at pre-IPO the share price would have to be $3.12 (100m/31.9m). Is that about right?
