When an investor buys a large amount of shares that purchase needs to be documented with SEC form 13-G. Not sure what the required percentage of shares is required here; but do know that a large buy requires a form 13-g.

Now suppose that individual sells all of that stock purchase. Does another SEC form have to be submitted to reflect that sell?

I hope this is the correct board to submit this kind of question to. If not, please direct me to the correct board.

Thanks, JP
