Yep I have to agree this is a genuine POS.

I got lucky with the one trade I had bought @ $1.60 sold @ $2.30 luckily never got back in..I may take another shot at a bounce if it holds $1. Somebody is dumping shares like crazy.

Tick size pilot program makes it an even bigger POS.
