They apparently had 4 M shares and Ron arranged for one of the larger shareholders to sell the another 3 M at a fixed price, my guess 8 to 10 cents, which took place last week, giving them 7 M shares. It is my understanding that they are now obligated to purchase another 3 M at market. I guess we will see, I have not heard from Ron to confirm when they will start buying.
