How Jim acted on the phone tells me everything I need to know. He acted like a deer in headlights. Sounded like a guilty person that's trying not to get caught. Him hanging up like he did is like a criminal running from the scene of a crime.

Based on his reaction, IMO, there was no deal and this was a lie meant to deliberately scam investors and we have nothing good to look forward to from this company. Our money is gone and that's that.

It is possible to sue a CEO directly fro fraud for something such as this. The SEC does nothing in the OTC but even they may be shocked at how blatant this was but no the less, a lawsuit would be the way to go...
