No surcharge for penny stocks. Fidelity charges 7.95 per per stock or ETF trade.

For sure Schwab is much better. However being able to transfer my pennies to Fidelity is much better than staying in Wells Fargo

Not trying to spam other stock here

Fidelity would let me buy TVOG but would not allow to buy EGYF (both stocks pink sheets)

Seems hit or miss if you want to buy penny stocks in Fidelity

I found out Etrade and Schwab are most recommended, but both do not accept penny stock transfers
