Nails growth tends to slow down with age. I took it as a sign of better health when my nails started growing faster again. Not everyone will react the same to Niagen use.

Many researchers have been testing nicotinamide riboside/niagen/nr for quite awhile now.

PubMed.gov has 173 published articles. There's no telling how much research hasn't been published.
