This stock is so undervalued at 1.37, not sure why its not trading at least 3.00 right now. Maxim thinks its worth 5.00

Any clue as to why its not moving up yet ? Are Investors worried that VK5211 results are not going to be good ? do you have any doubts that Phase 2 trials in June are in Doubt and what would be the biggest roadblock in the Data ?
