it's not so simple. it's not like regular stocks. this is the grey market. it is a matched market. market makers are prohibited from making a market, so consequently their is no bid or ask. also, since they can't make a market, mm's make no money on these trades. there is no incentive for a market maker to look for a match for your buy or sell. most of the trades you see now are trades within brokers. they can see what their customers want and can easily match them up. but those dry up, which is why you will see the volume in a downward trend. no one is going to start calling other brokers to try to match up your trade order.
