So, Nate, when is the last time you had actual communication with Dr. Sam? Before you or a minion of yours responds, keep in mind that your response can be verified with Dr. Sam himself. Just how involved and active is Dr. Sam with WOGI or WOGI-SA currently?

You can see a few things.

1. Dr. Sam is the only person on that corporation.
2. It's a basic business. It is NOT a subsidiary of WOGI or vice versa.
3. There are no employees, including Nate. Nor is there anyone authorized to act on behalf of WOGI-SA outside of Dr. Sam.

Nate has claimed to at least 3 people in person and in other documented conversations that Dr. Sam stole $50k from him. As a result, Nate claimed he and Dr. Sam split ways long ago. However, I now am aware of what I consider the more 'truthful' version of events.

I think I know who I choose to believe ... A man who currently is teaching at a well-known University in Lima or a felon and con man who has yet to give straight answers to his stockholders?

So again, I ask, when is the last time Nate has spoken to Dr. Sam? And this contract he claims to have with Dr. Sam ... it's nowhere in sight, registered with absolutely none of the agencies required, in Nate's name or Dr. Sam's name.

EDIT: Dr. Sam registered WOGI SA in 2015 and no activity has happened since that registration. However, Dr. Sam did update his status in Peru ... I'm sure you can figure out the rest with this:
