The Objective Performance Criteria is definitely defined by FDA at 25%. INSPIRE results are significantly better. Once this is approved I think the pressure will be strong to make it the new SOC. If InVivo charges $100K and has 2000 to 3200 patients per year, this will fly pretty high. The margin will be high, with a small sales force and manufacturing scale-up will be the biggest project to work out. I am actually quite optimistic on how this turns out.
