I keep thinking we should be closer to hearing about them filing for building permits soon. I am thinking this because I don't think they have to do as much with the county beause they are subleasing from CGRW and they have the CUP and county approvals in place, they also have the water and the electric in place. So it would seem to me that they are way far ahead of the game to make this happen pretty quick, well they have to build from the ground up but, my thoughts could be on track, just my thought and my 2 cents
