For TECO to get off the Grey Market and trade on the pink sheets again, ALL delinquent filings need to be submitted before a MM would consider sponsoring TECO. If they decided they would sponsor TECO, and I doubt one would. The MM would then submit the application to FINRA for approval. FINRA would very likely seek SEC approval as well. Considering that Treaty has failed to comply with SEC regulations after the SEC settlement, I would say that the chance of that is, NO WAY in HELL. Anyway, the way TECO would get of the Grey Market, if they did comply, is they file all delinquent filings including the restated and corrected previous filings. The fillings have to be true, correct and complete... So far Treaty has not even taken the first baby step in the process and that is to file a 8-K informing the public that the previous filings are incorrect, incomplete, misleading and will need to be restated or refiled completely. The delinquent filings CANNOT be based off of those now admitted fraudulent filings without the corrections FIRST. This first step, filing the 8-K notifying the public that the pervious filings cannot be relied upon, would have taken 20 minutes and no money yet they have refused to do it.

Treaty has NEVER made any mention of that and in fact has again misled the public by not filing that 8-K.

If those steps are not taken and the filings are filed, the SEC is going to have many, many questions that I doubt would ever get answered. TECO could get a notice for a andminestrative proceeding to revoke any day now.

Does the Treaty BOD think they can just bullshit their way out of this with some filings??? Sure does look like it and the SEC does not like being fed a line of crap.

Treaty will be Grey market till revoked.
