I don't think so. I think the ER is largely irrelevant and just something to get out of the way before finagling a buyout. My bet is this is the last ER that PTX ever puts out.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
