There is no such thing as a 'balance cleanup' the closest thing is bankruptcy. You can't just sweep away debt without consequence. This deal is great for warrant holders and execs but terrible for Common stock holders. The company will NEVER make enough profit to overcome the debt and dilution. It's a pure vampire shell company sucking the life out of your bank account. The naivety of the cheerleaders for this stock is truly shameful.
