I see there is a new follower today, which hasn't happened for a long time - add one, now 50. Yet no post, just lurking?

I'm trying to estimate what percentage tax expense when the FCC stipulates that AT&T and Fibertower settle with Old Fibertower shareholders - since that will speed up resolution of the spectrum making it available to deploy, and it will raise money for the Federal government to meet one of the FCC's mandated purposes for existence. Nice part is that it should be long term capital gains tax rate.

The final settlement will probably be calculated on some formula related to the end bid on the Straight Path deal - after all it would only make sense to require some sort of parity.
