The piggy bank is empty. No more money is being raised. The history of this company and what it has accomplished and where it stands today speaks for itself. Guess whose picture is in Webster's next to failure. It was a good ego trip for Elmer while it lasted.

The stock was revoked due to fundamental inadequacies in pertinent knowledge and a large dose of greed. It is easy to "be the man" or at least "pretend to be the man" when one is using other people's money to loose money.
