I spoke with the operational manager at the transfer agent office. I was told it was an error on their behalf and they quickly adjusted it. Although it doesn't make sense, she stated this was the first time they were updating the OTCmarkets. I stated to her that they were the transfer agent when it was previously listed at 950,000,000 and that it was decreased to 100,000,000 on May 3rd and then brought back to 950,000,000 two days later. She was kind and considerate in regard to my concerns as an investor, but I expressed what a poor mistake this was on behalf of a Transfer Agent and how it could have been seen as stock manipulation. Obviously, the gap between OS and AS is a big deterrent for investors accompanied with the silence of the CEO, and this type of mistake served as an enticement to existing and new investors to potentially buy. I cannot understand this type of error considering their previous information and listing was 950,000,000. Where did the 100,000,000 figure come from? Oh well, we all make mistakes, let's hope this transfer agent pays greater attention in the future. I would have imagined the transfer agent would have had contact with the company prior to an update. I Hope this helps, all investors should know the facts so the AS is 950,000,000. I'm not sure what type of complaint can go forward.
