GRPV has been a private company since 2012 and has gotten some pretty impressive press from places like WSJ and Fast Company and Venturebeat. I think people that have been following the company during its private years are quietly taking positions in the stock. Gripevine was cofounded by the guy that did the viral video "United Breaks Guitars"
