They have a valid product with certification once the engineering outfit signs and seals the certification in the final report. They have no money to start production and do not appear to have a facility ready to go to do so. What does that mean, they need to sell the design or company, print and/or sell more stock to a money outfit to allow them to build it or pay an outfit overseas to build the units provided they meet the quality in the certification report. There are so many uses for this type of unit if the cost is reasonable, I don't understand why it's not taking off!!! I think the stock should be initially around $2.00 based on projected earnings once it is manufactured and marketed!!!
