Yes but the political dynamic in France hasn't changed. The NF doubled their vote percentage which is astonishing and indicates that a substantial portion of the population is moving away from unification (EU). Macron has an opportunity to address the economic issues that should be changed, but I think he'll run into extreme opposition to any meaningful change. Status Quo.

Italy will probably be a bigger issue for the EU.
