Perhaps the most dramatic difference between the 2 is the immune response .

This is a natural response to a cell death where the intruder has been cloaked and dies by apoptosis . The death shows the body the pathway and cloak the intruder used and learns from it .

It is possible over time they will find a vaccine to treat many if not all forms of cancer .
