The one we are concerned with are Imperial Coach Works. Per Missouri state filings, it was administratively dissolved 5/21/10:

Imperial Coach Works was the stated subsidiary in ELCR's last quarterly filing. Also, the site limoland.com was owned by ELCR per quarterly filings. The site now belongs to Limo Land Inc. another company which was formed in March 2012 and uses the fictitious name Springfield Coach Group, which is at that that address.
