Roger is not afraid to show his excitement, but more importantly, it consistently proves to be justified.

To get noticed nowadays you need to have some degree of hype, no matter what you do. Products, people, politics, entertainment, news, events, everything needs hype, or it's going nowhere... but hype only remains believable long term, if you're backing it up with substance.

AMFE has as much substance as any penny stock you'll find at these valuation levels. Roger is balancing the hype/substance ratio perfectly imo... other penny CEOs could learn a lot by watching him, even big board CEOs.
