There is absolutely no evidence of any serious dilution here other than from a little stock-based compensation seen in all legitimate companies, like this NASDAQ company. And, still just 15 Million shares outstanding here. This is not a stinky pinkie.

P.S. I will take $1.35 share price here, $11.2 Million cash on hand, and rapidly growing revenue and the legitimate prospect of a debt free balance sheet by the next shareholder meeting over no real revenue or cash and .008 and .004 any day. LMFAO!
