MUST READ ! THE MISSING PODCAST INFORMATION HERE..
For the newbies this is what happened. On Friday April 28th I heard a NEW podcast from the company for the first time..I heard it after market close. It was STELLAR ! WOWSER...
It did not last long within hours the podcast was gone...it stayed M.I.A. For about 6 days..Till it made its re-appearance again today May 4th pm hours ...But this time it was edited down..and all of the good information was gone...in fact it was a totally new recording session.....went from great to terrible..all great info now history..
Obviously the company or the lawyers felt he gave away far too much information...and it was all great information...only a small window for anyone to hear this info...but its here again..to the best of my notes..this is what he said...
here is my report...
Wow..Had the chance to listen to the RE-RECORDED podcast tonight , at my leisure...last time I had to run out.
So I listened to all 23 minutes again...7 minutes shorter than the original version....
You would think its a different guy they are interviewing..
Its SO bad. The original was SOOOO good..
For whatever reason Bill Must have been chewed out badly.
He went from Mr. Excitement- To Mr. HO HUM..
It basically went from first to worst , so to speak.
Its off the charts- how much he suddenly did not mention. to sum up last time he said the following that he did not say this time...and again, they deleted the last podcast and replaced it with this one ..never seen anything like this..bodes well for our future.
AGAIN, HERE ARE THE POINTS MADE IN THE FIRST ONE, THAT HE DID NOT MENTION IN THE RE-RECORD...
1. Clinic they currently own is killing it...millions in revenues, packing them in ..business went from OK to fantastic.
2. Deal in place for 5 more clinics. anyday now. but in quiet period, so cant go much further in detail. but to expect them very soon. acretive to earnings. ebidta positive etc etc. these will be announced as soon as possible.
3. 8 or 9 clinics more to come in addition to the other 5, in earlier stages of acquisition.
4. like the original mcdonalds franchise, they will use the original store as a model for the others. because its so incredibly successful. they will use this model to shape the other 5 they are signed up to announce very soon. they will all collaborate with one another....
5. They reinvented the wheel, found a NICHE that no one else thought of in Canada, to buy up clinics roll them all into the company. and how everyone is so excited by this idea..thinking they are really onto something by doing this...it was done in usa..but not done in canada for some odd reason.. HE BASICALLY SAID THAT HE IS GETTING REQUESTS THAT CLINICS ARE ASKING HIM FOR LOI'S OR LETTERS OF INTENT, THAT BASICALLY IS SAYING THESE CLINICS WANT TO BE BOUGHT OUT. FOR VARIOUS REASONS...HE GOT TO THESE THRU HIS MANY CONNECTIONS ETC.
6. spoke of stem cells as part of the clinics .
7. said the business is a home run and he believes the insulin pill will also be a homerun..but not as fast as the clinics.which is a large way they are going right now.
8. said the insulin pill will be a licensing play not a sales play, and they will eventually collect royalties. looking around the world for partnerships on that.
9. was speaking about the stock and how it looks great, was talking of the volume of the stock and the size of the huge blocks of shares and overall volume
10. said investors will be very happy ..saying buy low sell high
11. said more PRESS releases are coming soon.
12. said eastgate will be a "BOMBER OF A COMPANY " AND A BOMBER OF A STOCK
13. Said they plan to be like a HUMANA or GILEAD that went out and acquired a bunch of doctors clinics etc in the USA...And they plan to do that in Canada. because no one else has..their niche
14. said THIS COMPANY EAST GATE IS "HIS BABY" spoke of it highly and that he was puttin it "ON STEROIDS" to get things done and fast.
15. Said the "game has just begun" with etbi..HE SAID "ALL OF A SUDDEN" THINGS ARE HAPPENING...WHICH EQUATES TO THE SUDDEN MASSIVE SURGE IN VOLUME.
16 .. Said he was brought in to ebti TO I QUOTE "MAKE THE MAGIC HAPPEN"
17. HE SPOKE OF "HIS" VENTURE CAPITAL GUYS AND HIS INVESTORS THAT WERE ALL EXCITED ABOUT THE STOCK...Leading us to believe this is why the stock is going up so much the last week on the big volume Because they are buying up shares.
18. SPOKE DIRECTLY ABOUT THE STOCKS VOLUME...
19 SPOKE DIRECTLY ABOUT THE BIG BLOCKS BEING BOUGHT ! SAID HIS INVESTORS ARE BUYING IN BIG BLOCKS. LIKE 6 MILLION SHARE BLOCKS.
20. SAID SHAREHOLDERS ARE "HAPPY" and going to be more happy soon.'
