I got off the phone with CAPITAL ONE where I have used the measly sharebuilder to build a substantial portfolio thanks to a lot of real genuine posters on these boards, THANK YOU whom ever you are, my best teachers.

The first customer service rep said over 200 commodities where effected by a "GLITCH" that caused some halting. I remember reading about that on this board, ACTL was halted. Now my account balance as many on here is HUGE. However... CANT TOUCH IT...

2nd Capital One rep said that they had never seen anything like this before, that THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ADJUST THE ACCOUNT VALUE for about a week? And it was suggested I call ACTL directly, anyone done this?

Does that make sense to you?

Question? What would have been the catalyst that could launch this sub penny to 3.40 ? per share?

Glitch? Not convinced...

heard of a rumor of a merger was that faux news too?

Question? Anyone on another brokerage platform seeing these same effects?

Question? How does it feel to be wealthy, but not really?

UPDATE 8:52PM

"On Friday, April 28, 2017, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA) halted quoting and trading in 271 OTC equity securities at 09:30:00 a.m. E.T. pursuant to FINRA Rule 6440(a)(3) (Extraordinary Event Halt). FINRA determined to impose the temporary halt because technical issues experienced this morning with the FINRA BBDS data feed resulted in the dissemination of potentially inaccurate data to the marketplace.

Members are hereby advised that FINRA is initially lifting the temporary halt in six (6) OTC equity securities, listed below. Members are permitted to display "closed" quotations for a quote-only period for these issues beginning at 1:30:00 p.m. E.T and can begin trading at 1:45:00 p.m. E.T.

ACTL
BLTA
PAYD
PUPS
SIPC
URBT

The balance of the securities will be resumed in 30-minute intervals, with trading to follow the closed quote window in groups of approximately 100 securities.

Questions regarding this notice can be directed to FINRA Operations at (866) 776-0800. "
