If the company offers you $1/share, would you take it knowing that the alternative might be that the company goes dark?



I don't think that Ms. Wu would settle for $1 if the appraised value is $15. Nor would an independent BOD in their right mind offer us $1 if the appraised value is $15. The Gansu government is better off giving us "something" that represents fair value. And get it over with quickly.
