C28, just between you, me, and the lamppost:

I have been told that both automakers and the "Giga" companies (Foxconn, LG, Samsung, and Tesla) are specifically looking for non-Chinese origin graphite that is (will be) processed in the USA.

Given the close relationship between DNI & GLK - along with their alliances - this does indeed put DNI somewhere in the picture frame, but how long it will take for these artists to complete this painting, and just exactly how prominent a place DNI has in it, I can only offer speculation and conjecture at this point, so I won't bother.
