When you look at the 8-K from the day it was announced, May 1 thru the close today over 5.3 million shares have been traded...generating over 12 million dollars of volume. My guess is they have sold their shares and gotten the $5,000,000.00 they were hoping to get.

If I am right there could be a nice bump back up tomorrow... I bought extra today and just may flip some of them if I am right...keep my core holdings but take a bit of profit on this dip. We shall see I guess.
