QuidRunner: It is not likely that Elray has any money to pay any judgement against them, and even if they did have money they would make that money disappear in a New York minute the instant any lawsuit would be filed.

No lawyer would take a civil suit on consignment so up-front legal fees would need to be paid by any individuals seeking to sue Elray.

Penny stock CEO's are quite adept at avoiding any responsibility(ies) for their behaviors.
