Why has no one in this group filed a class action lawsuit against Elray? This would be a slam dunk given that the SEC has already stated they were guilty AND Elray's actions definitely drove this stock price down. Investors were NOT aware of these unlawful and unannounced transactions and then Elray would respond by executing a reverse split. In my opinion, long term share holders could definitely recoup some of their money by engaging in a class action lawsuit.
