There was a lawsuit against them in November. I wonder what the outcome of the hearing determined. Will they reimburse anybody? Supposedly the CEO misrepresented the company. The company doesn't have any real clients, products or assets. And now this is happening with our accounts. I wonder if you're able to trade ACTL right now.
