I agree that the dilution needs to stop. After I read through the proxy information I will make my decision to either vote NO or to not vote at all for quorum purposes. I will NOT be voting yes. RXi has been run lean as of late, but this acquisition of MirImmune put us right back into financial duress. We just RS'd less than two years ago. Enough already.

As evidenced by the last cc, some shareholders would rather drop from Nasdaq than RS. Nasdaq offers zero protection against shorters.
