One recent article quoted Shell Oil as saying their "new wells" are profitable at $20.00 oil. Does anyone care to know where these wells are to be drilled and when they will have the takeaway capacity to produce from them? I think I have the answers but I would like to hear from others first. Also, can anyone tell me what that would do if true?
