Pura Management expects to finalize the cannabis tourism deal with ML Capital Group (USOTC: MLCG) and Spanish Peaks ScrumpDelicacies with Spanish Peaks listing public through a reverse merger and enabling PURA and MLCG to each issue public Spanish Peaks common stock to their shareholders through dividend distributions. PURA management also expects to launch EVERx ecommerce sales before the end of May in addition to announcing the Company’s first major distribution deal for the EVERx product line.
