At a minimum, the OS is 22,045,481, likely higher. They burned through about 15,000,000 from 9/30 to 12/30, hard to say where they actually sit today. But, the pending RS and minimum 20% issuance of all shares following does not indicate buy IMO, implies failure to date, nothing more, nothing less.
