Well, that's why they moved the official headquarters to Nevada, isn't it? Much harder to bring shareholder lawsuits against company execs there.

About a year ago, maybe a little more, the CEO of a tech company received a heavy fine from the SEC for misrepresenting the state of the development of one of his company's products.

Steve draws a decent salary from Destiny and the company employs his wife, too. Do this for a few more years then sell the company for .20 or .15 a share and they will have a nice life.
