We have seen conflicting directions - this co has 2 partnerships - SALIX and IGXT

They have a lot of products and lot of trial - look similar to LGND (not same) but they are trying to go into actual marketing - this is tough area and adds a lot of expenses

So the co is trying to be a full pharma co instead of focusing on drug development - partnership and Buyout. That will impact it's potential and SP
