Take legal action?

I've been an investor in propell technologies for 4 years now. At this point, I definitely feel scammed. I've been watching this message board for a long time but stayed quiet. Now that I see you guys calling them crooks, I was wondering if there is some sort of legal action that can be taken? I'm a young/new investor in the stock market, therefore I'm not educated on the method of taking these crooks down and getting at least a portion of our hard-earned money back in our pockets. Because the people involved with this company certainly did NOT work hard for there money in this deal. We need to TAKE ACTION. But how???
