The shares are in the process of being converted with the new cusip numbers for the split shares. It'll be awhile before they're able to be traded. In the meantime, no one is stepping up to buy shares at $.50, knowing that the sp will drop as soon as trading resumes to normal. It could take a few weeks.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
