Unfortunately that is about the time that Cyberlux was involved with Ribotsky's now DEFUNCT NIR (AJW Partners et al) Hedge Funds.
Much to their credit Cyberlux took them to court,case closed 2008.
Cyberlux lost resulting in massive dilution but I do believe that
it contributed to the beginning of the end for NIR.

Lastly, interesting that the "wall" idea is nothing new and did not originate with Trump.
