Stock funds in bear markets I have read have a much as a 5% discount from fair value near a bottom. I have not heard and I have no idea of how to calculate RJA's fair value. I'd have to put a heck a lot of weighted prices into a computer, and have no know how. It would be nice if RJA gores from under values to over in the next year or so.
